One possible reason behind this limitation could be due to A320 chipset’s inability to handle the power draw of the upcoming Ryzen 3000 series CPUs. It’s ironic, especially when you recall that the first generation Ryzen CPUs were designed with both thermal and power efficiency being integral factors in their design. The BIOS updates for all ASRock AM4 motherboards will be made available on their respective pages upon the launch of AMD’s Ryzen 3000 series CPUs during Computex 2019.
