InstantBuy phones also come with a compatible charger in the box. The used devices come with a 12-month warranty, which costs an additional RM99. Under the warranty, the first 30 days cover both hardware and software defects while the remaining 11 months exempt consumable parts such as batteries, as well as software issues. Within the warranty period, customers can only make a maximum of two claims for each device and if the repair costs exceed the price of the phone, you will have to do an exchange instead.
