For the most part, the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 is unchanged from when it was first revealed. We’re still looking at the very large 6.92-inch Full HD+ screen with its 144Hz refresh rate, and excessive 720Hz touch sampling rate. The screen is also notably without any form of notch. This is thanks to the popup front-facing camera, which we will get to later.

For gaming phones, you can’t go wrong with capacitive buttons. Lenovo has gone with six on the Legion Phone Duel 2. Though technically, four of them are specifically called sonic shoulder triggers.

On the inside, the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, and two batteries that add up to 5500mAh total. To match this, the phone also has two charging ports for faster charging. For its cameras, it has a 64MP main and 16MP wide-angle shooter at the back. And as mentioned, the front-facing camera is in a popup module, with a 44MP sensor.

In Malaysia, the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 comes in two RAM and storage configurations. The first is a 12GB + 256GB configuration, which costs RM3299. The other is a 16GB + 512GB setup, for RM3899. The company says both are already available on shelves as well as via its official store on Lazada and Shopee. Though at the time of writing, it’s not actually listed on either e-commerce sites. Maxis and Hotlink customers will also be getting a special promo between 28 June and 31 July, involving a Lenovo 500 Bluetooth headphones.
