As is usually the case when PlayStation Asia announces a sale like this, this is a good time to pick up extra DualShock 4 controllers if yours have started showing their age. Which is a nice way of saying that their sticks have started drifting. Selected colour variants are getting a temporary RM60 discount, bringing the price down to RM179. Of course, what is a sale by PlayStation Asia if the games themselves don’t get discounts. If you’re getting them from the PlayStation Store, then you can expect a wide range of titles to be discounted, going all the way up to 80%. There are some surprisingly steep discounts for big name games too, like Assassin’s Creed Odyssey getting a 71% price cut. But generally, don’t expect the newer titles to be discounted by too much. And it’s a similar story for physical games, though only a few are noted to be discounted. PS Plus subcription prices are getting a temporary 33% price cut too. So for the duration of the sale, a 12-month subscription costs RM106.
