And the feature in question comes in the form of a rotating camera setup. The setup allows the Galaxy A80 to have a single array; allowing it to rotate to the front whenever you need to take selfies. Specifically, the back of the phone automatically raises itself whenever you engage the selfie mode, allowing for the rear-facing camera to face the front while sitting slightly above the display.
The camera setup is pretty impressive as well. It consists of a 48MP f/2.0 unit, an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide 123-degree unit, and a 3D depth sensor. This also indirectly makes it one of the most impressive front-facing cameras as well. Other items in the spec sheet include an unspecified octa-core proecessor, 8GB RAM, 128GB of storage, and a 3700mAh battery. The display is a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The Samsung Galaxy A80 is slated for a 29 May release with available colours being Angel Gold, Phantom Black and Ghost White. At the time of writing, Samsung did not specify local availability or pricing.
