Rather than the Snapdragon 855 Plus, WinFuture reports that the Galaxy Note 10 will instead get the current Snapdragon 855. It’s unfortunate, since the ASUS ROG Phone 2 is slated to be announced two weeks before the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.
That said, it shouldn’t make too much of a difference for us here in Malaysia. Based on previous Galaxy Note phones, the ones with Snapdragons are usually models for the US market. For everyone else, including us, it’s likely we’ll be getting the Exynos model instead. And for these variants, reports indicate that they will come with the 7nm Exynos 9825. At any rate, we’ll find out for sure next month. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and all of its variants will be announced on 7 August 2019. The ECG reader-equipped Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 is also expected to be announced on the same date. (Source: WinFuture via 9to5Google)
