The list came via a video on the official Sega YouTube channel. Here’s the list, in their order of their appearance in the video:

In addition to revealing said 11 games, Sega also announced the USB Cyber Stick, a flight stick-style controller. It is based on the original made by Sharp, known as the X68000 Cyber Stick CZ-8NJ2. Like the original, this remade accessory will give analogue inputs to the Mega Drive Mini 2 games that support it. The stick features, well, a stick, and a throttle, as well as the ability to swap the two around depending on your preference. So far, it looks like Sega is giving the Mega Drive Mini 2 a lot of love compared to the original. Not only is it getting the Mega CD attachment, which looks to be wholly cosmetic, it is also getting a practical accessory. Well, practical in function it may be, but probably less so in price. The USB Cyber Stick will have a price of JPY9980 (~RM326) when it launches. And that is slated to happen on the same day as the Sega Mega Drive Mini 2 being released, which is on 27 October. But like the mini console it is supposed to be released with, the company has not made any announcement as to if they will be available outside of Japan.
