The update brings several major changes towards the iconic Steam library, giving it a fresh new look. Navigation is now more intuitive, with quick access to recently played games, as well as better search and filtering tools.

Additionally, users can customize their own shelf in the Library by simply dragging and dropping games into folders to organize them. You can also just let Steam sort your games automatically for you based on genre. Steam has also moved the friend’s activity segment to the Library instead of hiding them in the Activity tab. With this move, you will be able to get a quick glimpse of your friends’ gaming activity from the Library itself.

Valve has also been pushing other updates to Steam recently. Earlier this month, the company announced that it changed the Steam Store recommendations so that popular games will appear less often, letting users explore a wider variety of games. That said, the company has not announced when all these changes will be made available to the public. (Source: Gamespot, PC World, Steam // Image: Steam)
