In case you missed our previous report, here is the pricing for the latest iteration of the iPad Mini: Wi-Fi 64GB: RM2,299 Wi-Fi 256GB: RM2,949 5G 64GB: RM2,949 5G 256GB: RM3,599 We have also noted that the pricing Apple has set for the 6th gen model is between RM 600 to RM 700 higher than its predecessor. Given the changes that Apple has implemented to the new model which includes a new design, processor, 5G connectivity, cameras, and many more, we were not exactly surprised to see the pricing differences. As for the 9th generation iPad, here is the price list: Wi-Fi 64GB: RM1,499 Wi-Fi 256GB: RM2,149 4G 64GB: RM2,119 4G 256GB: RM2,769 When you compare the price list above with the launch price of the 8th gen model, you would notice that the base price is identical even though the 9th gen model has twice the amount of storage space within it. However, there are price differences between RM150 to RM270 for the three higher-end options. As opposed to the new iPad Mini, the 9th generation iPad looks identical to its predecessor. The main difference is that it is powered by the newer A13 Bionic chip alongside the inclusion of the Center Stage feature for its 12MP front camera in addition to having all the new functionalities that are part of iPadOS 15.
