As the name suggests, this is one of the first, if not the very first, 5G phones in Malaysia. That’s tech that we won’t be widely available for quite awhile, as telcos are still testing it out. The phone is also one of the few officially available here to be armed with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus.
Another defining feature of the phone is its 6.89-inch Full HD+ Waterfall FullView display, with its very aggressive curves and its 99.6% screen-to-body ratio. Other items on its spec sheet include 8GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage, and a 4500mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. For cameras, it has a 64MP + 13MP + 13MP triple camera combo at the back, and a popup 16MP front-facing camera. As revealed earlier, the Vivo Nex 3 5G is priced at RM3899, which has been confirmed during the launch. The company has aslo previously announced that it’s available for pre-order until 18 October. As expected, Vivo Malaysia confirmed during the announcement that it will be available on shelves starting 19 October.
