To start, we’re looking at a 6.35-inch phone with a HD+ display, running a Mediatek Helio P22 chipset and Funtouch OS 9 based on Android 9 Pie. It’s got 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, with support for up to 256GB of expandable storage via microSD. The slot for it is also a dedicated slot, so you can have it in addition to two SIM cards.
The Vivo Y12 has a fingerprint scanner at the back, which is accompanied by a 13MP + 8MP + 2MP triple camera setup. In front, it’s got an 8MP camera sitting in a waterdrop notch. Powering all this is a pretty impressive 5000mAh battery. As mentioned earlier, the Vivo Y12 will be making its way to Malaysia. The exact date is 13 July 2019, and it will be accompanied by a RM599 price tag. There is another variant that sports 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, but it looks like that one won’t be getting here. (Image: Vivo India)
