Those with a Xiaomi 11T, 11T Pro, and 11 Lite 5G NE can get a three-month subscription to the service although the 11T and 11T Pro must have been activated on or after 1 December 2021 to be eligible. The newly launched Redmi Note 11 series users are also entitled to the promotion, but will only be getting two months. To activate it, open up the preloaded YouTube app on an eligible Xiaomi phone and follow the on-screen instructions or visit the Premium section on YouTube’s website. Before you rush off to do that though, do note that this offer is only available in certain countries, with Malaysia being oddly excluded from this list while Singapore is included. For those who are not familiar with YouTube Premium, it offers an ad-free viewing experience alongside background play, the ability to download videos for offline viewing and access to the YouTube Music Premium streaming service.
